Today almost all lenders list their bank owned homes with Realtors that specialize in foreclosures. It doesn't cost anything more to use one.

There is lots of free info right here on the site, including real estate people with bank owned properties.

Going direct to the bank is usually a waste of time. Find the foreclosure specialists in your area and make friends :>)
