property taxes

my house is in foreclosure here in michigan. it was on the sheriffs sale on jan 3, 2007. i'm currently living here until my redemption runs out in july. am I going to get stuck with a past due property tax bill when I leave in july or is the new home owner realible for these upon purchase?
