Hello Steele,

I had a simular situation happen with two of my clients in Nevada. I was able to get the lender's to remedy and cure the situation by restoring what was lost and the borrower was made whole and it also gave me leverage in negotiating a "short sale" of the subject properties due the over zealousness of a contracted board up service.
