Also as a point of information the lender is in pursuit of collecting a debt. whether the lender's collection department or the lender outsource's the collection of the debt to a third-party collection agency they are still governed and regulated by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act aka "FDCPA". It would be in your best interest to for you to do a little due diligence. You can educate yourself about this information by going online and visiting the website the Federal Trade Commission has.I believe it is www.ftc.us or try google to find it.
