RE PROPERTY

I am a realtor.Do to the changes of the realestate market listing stay on the market longer the banks gave out these loans as a sellers agent showing these properties due to the foreclosures we are wasting our time and being cut out of sales that are foreclosed on under our feet that is not fair I got a offer to purchase day after foreclouse day.The banks are not giving us enough time to help our seller out and cleaning up the banks mess.What do i do now all my time and effort this is the 3rd property i went though this with.Something must be done.What do i do?
