Yes, using all caps is considered yelling.

In our area we can get the starting bid the afternoon before by calling the Sheriff Department that is auctioning the property. Even then, there will be times when they don't get the final number until the morning of the auction. Our auctions are at 10:00 am so we can call between 9:00 am and 9:30 am.

We have about 8 weeks between the first newspaper notice and the auction. I can roughly figure that another 2 payments need to added to the original number in the Notice of Foreclosure.
