after foreclosure

I was foreclosed on in March, sale was on the 22nd. With the current trend here in California brand new houses are selling with zero down or cash out after the sale. I think the lender may have a problem selling my home. About how long before they file and eviction notice or will I get a letter to vacate? Would an eviction be recorded on my credit report or is it part of the foreclosure?
