My house is worth more than I owe & I feel like if I put the carpet in it will sell faster and maybe get a little more for it. It is kinda a hot market right now. I've never been in foreclosure before so I don't know how much the fees are going to be and as far as the payoff it's being mailed to me as we speak they would not tell me over the phone.
