I live in Gaithersburg. The unit is in Quince Orchard Ridge across from Kentland. It is a town house 5 years old. Hardwood floors on two floors, finished basement, upgraded kitchen and bath, deck and one car garage. It is located on anice quiet street. I would buy it myself but I am moving overseas in 4 months. I am sure you will like the house. It is going for $550 to $590 K based on current prices.
