There is a home in our area that I am interested in. It was foreclosed back in 2000 by a certain bank. It is still in the court house as being own by the owner and not the bank. He died in 1992 and has liens on the house. It is in terrible condition but we have the ability to fix it. We looked on the banks web site and it is not there. How would we find out who to talk to to ask about purchasing it.
