Sorry to hear this kind of thing happening. The house is yours to sell until it goes back to the bank and sometimes even longer if you are in a redemption state. Your agent should not have listened to the lender as she worked for you, not them.

Unfortunately I don't think you have any recourse. Sounds like the bank has the property now, right? Woulda, coulda, shoulda. It's probably too late.

What state are you in?

How did the mortgage company end up talking to YOUR agent?

This sounds a bit odd.
