I'm curenntly in Miami and buying property at the courthouse on a regular basis.. I'm looking for other investors that actively buy properties to exchange stratagies, ask questions, and learn from each other's experiences.
Most of the posts here seem to be people facing foreclosure or novice investors. I'm looking for investors a bit more seasoneed to dicuss things such as:
1. assigning of plantiff's bids after the auction.
2. Motions for writ's of possesion
3. Getting Judge's to agree to dispursing excess funds for taxes and/or condo fees.
4. Negoiting with city goverments to pay of code enforcement liens.
5. Dealing with the IRS when USA has a right of Redemption.
6. Advant. and dis-advantages of different Ways of holding title.. Corp, LLC or land trust?
