There is a run down house in an EXCELLENT neighborhood. Been by it. Outside needs a lot of work so I assume inside in same condition. It is listed as an REO, i.e., bank owned property. There are people still there with their vans and flat tired cars in the drive way. I can only assume they are squatters. What are chances of getting this real cheap from bank because of the run down condition and squatters. And what are the ramifications of trying to boot the squatters if I can get it for great deal (meaning less than outstanding loans) from the bank?
