We live in our main home, and can no longer pay for a 2nd home( rental property). We have tried for 1 year to sell 400k 369k and now 350k and will not budge. We can not pay for this any longer. The loan is going up 1,000 a month. At this point I am sp stressed, walking away seems like a piece of cake, but am I blinded with the fact that I do not know the consequences, I am only thinking bad credit, but we ahve another home we live in, why in need of the credit ? what am I overlooking?
