After foreclosure is there anyway possible way to get my home back. Countrywide Home Loan is the lender and it was a challenge to get the work-out dept to return my calls. Once they decided to return my call, they request a outrages amount in order not to foreclose the my home the very next day. Needless to say they foreclose but I am able to make regular payments and I have not had any lost of income. I have the same employee and I fell behind due to medical and costly auto repair. It has been four months and Countrywide will not accept any payment I send. I recently received a eviction notice from the trustee informing me to leave. The property did not sale at auction, I still want my home do I have any options.
