Well, i imangine you're in Georgia so the best thing for you to do is contact a loacal realtor/loan officer to help you with this... Chances are your creidt is shot, if you had equtiy in your home that might be one of the reasons they chose not to work with you, or sometimes all it takes is a bad attitude believe it or not... I supposose you could have a thrd party contact the bank for you and just go form there, so get lookin for someone local... hopeithelps
