I do not believe that CW can come after your primary home loan.. They more than likely will for the money if it goes into forclosure, then refer the debt to a collection agency which will inturn go to an attorney office which could sue and then place a lien on your personal property or garnish wages... the cycle goes something like that, bad credit is just the begining of what could be something real ugly for you and your children.. You sound like a prime candidate for a shortsale, is your property still in the market?
