yes the house is on the market listed for 350k in Patterson Ca. CW says we need an offer for a short sale. we have no offers and have not for 1 year. We put the house on 3x in one year reducing it every time. CW is telling me today to apply for a DIL. Every time I talk to a rep from the collections department i am told something a little different. We have a renter and they are moving out by august 1st. They served their notice. so now what?
