we owe 333K and with a pre-pay 343K no equity. we do not have equity in the house we are in either. there are a ton of rentals in patterson and IF we can rent it again, we will be very very lucky to even get 1,000.
and yes I can't say I would give the "give up" advice to anyone. I just needed outside advice to get my head screwed on straight and my thinking less narrowed. we did call CW a few months ago for a better loan and said that we where having troubles and they said "sorry, you don't qualify". UGGGGG
