Congrats! on deciding to purchase a home!! Yes, pre-foreclosures come a dime a dozen these days don’t they.. is 60 days a reasonable attainable goal?? Sure! What fees will you have to pay for? Well, its no different than a regular transaction, you pay your own escrow fees, lender fees and so on. Its your Realtor prerogative to ask for closing costs when you are about to make an offer from the seller and this will help soften those costs...I have available a sample letter to send to the pre-foreclosure prospects!!
