I'm losing my home to foreclosure due to loss of income and the ARM on my home. I've tried working with my lender to qualify for other options but since I have a loss in income they are telling me they cannot help me. I've tried to sell my home to no avail. The market just isn't there in my area. I've kept this house on my own for 7 years after my divorce, I hate to lose everything I've worked so hard for. Any advice or other options?
