I have a Condo (studio style) that my friend and I were paying together but unfortunately he has to go overseas for sometime and will not be able to assisit in helping anymore. I am having troubles paying the loan by myself and already work 2 jobs and college. I'm getting overwhelmed and I don't know what to do. I have been thinking about forclosure and try to save money instead of pinching pennies. I don't know anything about forclosure or the procedures or if I would have to pay anything. Can somebody help please???????
