Unfortunately, Steve, this is just the way it is. The banks have plenty to do with just the people that are in default, let alone people that might go into default.
This is very typical. Maybe it will change in the future but for now it is just the way things are. You have to be in actual trouble for them to respond. Not just the possibily.
Hmmmm. Sounds alot like our medical crisis.
