How much time do you have before the sale. Why didn't you use the rent-to-own technique when you first noticed a buyer wasn't happening. Run this ad: RENT-TO-OWN, Bad Credit OK, No Bank Qualifying, $1,000 mo. You take their option payment and pay Countrywide or run this ad: PREFORECLOSURE SALE, NEED TO SELL DISCOUNTED HOME QUICKLY. INVESTORS CALL XXX-XXXX. This will bring you a buyer so you can have an offer to be able to do the short sale.
