I found myself in the same situation here in the norfolk area in virginia. the owner has lost the home to the bank,foreclosure. I to am afraid of my family being out on the streets. The house I'm currently renting is up for auction june 26th at 9:00am. If you find any info on your situation beside getting an attorney(thats a given) please send me a direction to look in,as I will do the same! thanks,have a blessed day.
