Home I'm renting is being foreclosed

I've been living in a townhouse in the Twin Cities for the past nine months. I was just issued papers today as per tenant rights that the house is being foreclosed on due to unpaid association dues. I don't know what to do in this case. I don't have the money to pay for a new deposit and I know I'm not getting my deposit back.
