added to buying ahouse in foreclosure post

also when i went to check out the home again i discovered in the
basement over a foot of standing water that had flooded from some
undetermined leak.it hadnt rained in more than a month or more.this
had not been disclosed before i signed the papers.all that remains is
paying 3000 to fund closing escrow.how do i get out of this deal now?
thankyou this is urgent as the lender and title company is waiting for
final payment to close
