I am a FL Short Sale Agent and your agent should take some time to get with someone who has done this before. It's not a joke and it's extremly hard to negotiate with Loss mitigation/Workout/REODept who ever if u have no experience. It may take 100 calls but a good agent will get it done with the contacts taht they have made. I am in Sunrise FL so ask ur agent to spk w his/her broker. And if ur lender is Countrywide, Ocwen, HomeQ, Homecomings, Saxton, or Aurora Financial get busy!
