The loan is not new...but it was sold to Citifinancial in December, and I made my last payment in January. So it's new to Citifinancial, but not in and of itself. All of my previous payments were timely.

I wouldn't mind a 12-month repayment plan at all...and I could probably pay 40% up front. But right now they're demanding 100% or nothing...and I don't have 100%.

Would filing Chapter 13 bankruptcy help me keep my home, since I can make the payments now?
