Delinquency Rates

There's been a lot written in newspapers and broadcast on television about sub-prime lending and what will happen in the future. I attached a link to an interesting chart showing what's going on with the recasting of sub-prime variable rate loans.

I've seen HUD delinquency rates up around 10% way back in the past, but that sub-prime variable chart line is just a little bit scary.

How high can it go?
