Yes, just because these junior liens do not file by day 60 doesn't mean that they are no longer there through day 75. Until the first mortgage gets the property (after day 75) all debts attached to the property are still there.
Clarification. Did I hear correctly? The owner has to notify intent to redeem by Day 60 as well? Here in Minnesota I have seen redemptions literally at the last day by 5:00 pm. If the payoffs can be gotten.
