NACA as far as I know is actually for National Association Consumer Advocacy or however u spell it. Here in ST. Louis they were no use. The true statement the lawyer made is all they have to sell is their time. And if you don't have the money they don't have the time. I got told that maybe 3 out of 10,000 attorney's here in Stl acting as bankruptcy lawyers really know what their doing.

What a terrible fight! Not only does the servicer not know who owns my note they've been unable to present proof of ownership to a banko judge here twice in writs of discovery. And attorney for some reason has delayed in filing our adversary against them.

Sorry for such a long answer but you probably won't get far with them.
