IMMEDIATELY IN NEED OF HELP!! PLEASE ANSWER

My condo is going to auction I am months behind. I call to work something out. Homecomings now wants me to pay back the lawyers fees of about $4000 plus the back payments. My question is do I have to pay the lawyers fees? Also I asked them what options I have and I named a few they told me I can only do a reinstatement with total past due + lawyer fees or repayment with a huge lump sum. They have postponed the auction date to give me more time. Am I at a total loss?
