Just kind of shaken by this whole thing. My heart aches over the chance that I lose this house. I can continue to struggle to pay the house, but I can't pay the HOA AND the TAXES all at once. I'll miss the house payment.

HOw long does it take for a foreclosure to take place.

does the small claims court demand the money all at once (the city too?) I can maybe make payments to them, but I can't do all one lump sum.

As you can tell, I've been up all night worrying about all this. Don't sleep at all anymore, and I'm aging by the minute.
