in my case that would be the less evil. Cannot keep the investment homes much longer, loan to value upside down,cannot refi,no more cash reserves, no rental income coming, rent not enough to cover.
Cannot have foreberance, since this is just postponing the inevitable. Like to hear some more suggestions.
