hi i wonder if any of you could help mewith a problem?our house was in foreclosure.we had it on the market for months and it did not sell.well the time for the foreclosure was on hand and we still hadnt sold.so the agent who was selling brought this guy over.we tried to get the house one one of us names but credit wasnt good.so the guy the agent brought over offered to use his credit for 20.000.so we did now he wants to leave the state and i dont knowwat to do to release the house from him?
