Most REO agents started from the ground up. They went out and looked for the business. Searching for asset management companies that worked in their area and offering their services. Often one starts by doing Broker Price Opinions and by doing so gets the attention of the right people.

But it can be a slow process. Is Missouri City a suburb of Houston? I ask because Houston has a number of REO agents. Most of whom handle a large area.
