It's diffucult to know if the listings on this site are Preforeclosure or REO with the format that this site uses.

The absence of any pricing info on the site may indicate that it is a low volume start-up.

You might do well to do your own research by using the resources on this site - specifically the Pre-Foreclosure Listing and the Bank-Owned REO pages instead of paying their fees for the same info you could research yourself.
