buying a second home before foreclosure on first

Hi. I am relocating to florida from new jersey and in the process of trying to sell my home. I have had no luck and have reduced the price to very competitive levels. I am not late yet and have been approved for a much cheaper home in florida.I have a job lined up and with my wife and 4 kids in tow,I will be there next month. I can only afford both payments for 2 months. Can they come after my new home in florida if they foreclose on the new jersey home?
