I have a early stages foreclosure

As I read this board it dawned on me, there are a lot of foreclosure investors here--so here is my pitch--

I have a home that is barely over a year old. I am not late on payments, yet. I am about to proceed into foreclosure mode. It's gonna be hard for me not to make the pymts purposely, but after going over my loan, I will be in forced into a foreclosure anyways. I thought I may as well do this in a pro-active way.

I was told that what I can do is--not make the payments for a couple of months and then negotiate a short sale with my lender.

If you are interested in an investment property in Las Vegas, with very little work to do on it and willing to help me negotiate the short sale, I'm willing to talk. I'm not looking to make a buck--I just want out--with no debt in regards to the home and save my credit as much as possible.
