Ok, the leased land cannot be deal with no more.

As for the equipment, I owed about $1400 left on it. But I am not sure if it was an asset for the mortagae or not. I will doulbe check on it.

The loan life-term is over and the bank is screwing us over. We did a three year term loan in which we want a longer term but they say they can alway renew it anytime. We renewed it once and then when it cam to renew it again the third time they just simply denied us. So that is how we are going into foreclosure.

Yes, can you check when the sale is going to happen?
So you are sayin if a sheriff sale have been made I have one year from that point to redemp it?
