Michigan Foreclosure pending!

Help! I'm waiting on disability and was denied and told my hearing would be 16 months from appeal I declared bankruptcy last December, but tried to keep the house. I've slipped 3 months behind, received noticefrom Citimortgage re foreclosure, worked with mortgager on forbearance payments till 16 month Social Security wait is up. Now I'm told it will be another year before my hearing. I've received financial help from friends, but this and all other assistance programs have been exhausted. I will call Citimortgage on date next payment is due, and tell them I cannot pay- foreclosure will then proceed. I listed with a realator last week, and am told house will not sell for enough to cover mortgage. I also have a second mortgage for 4K which I am keeping current. Any Advice PLEASE!!
