You don't say which payment you've missed. The payment to the Trustee (as part of the Ch13 repayment plan) or the direct payment to the lender.

If you've missed the direct (outside the plan) payment to the lender... the lender will seek the court's permission to resume foreclosure... which will likely be granted.

I would contact both the lender, and the trustee and try to renegotiate the repayment plan.

You ought to have handy the reason why you had a temporary setback, and proof the temporary financial hardship is behind you.

You've got a tough row to hoe.
