Foreclosure VA loan 2nd with Ditech

I am going thru a divorce and I have a house in Missouri that is worth 215,000 due to bad market I owe 227,000 on first mortgage which is a VA loan. I owe 62,000 on second which was 125% equity loan.

I have talked to VA they say they back the loan to Countrywide and I can do a hardship for the money owed the VA for gurantee but the 2nd with Ditech what will happen after foreclosure can they get a def judgement against me? If so can I work payments with before hand like I said going thru a divorce so dont have the income to keep it anymore.
