Colorado foreclosure/eviction

I should add that I was unable to work for a long time (cancer) & had to
declare bankruptcy last year. I thought I could recover by now, but
haven't. I owe more on the house than it is worth, & have a second also
with World. There really is no way I can see to keep it or even sell it with
the market as it is. I built this house in 1970 & never missed a payment
until last year!
