Try again If a home doesn't sell within 30 days, it's either overpriced, underexposed to the market, or both.

Find a broker whose skillset includes numerous preforeclosure short sales.... If your broker isn't well versed preforeclosure shorts, have your broker google An Ethical Approach to Short Sales.

Price it at the firesale price irrespective of what is owed subject to mortgagee PFS approval. If it doesn't sell in 30 days, it's either still overpriced, or underexposed to the market.

yes a year. we just took it off of the market last week. Someone told me to take it off and put it back on later. To put bluntly the agent stinks but he is a friend of our boyfriends and he was willing to cut us a break on their fee.
