Buy real estate? I don't think we'll see the bottom of the market for quite some time. Tight(er) credit coupled with the price adjusted inventory which will be thrust upon us
in the form of preforeclosur4e sales, preforeclosure short sales, or REO will exact an adverse impact on demand, and value.
