My mother owned two houses and was having trouble paying for them. I quick deeded one of the houses to help her with the mortgage, while we tried to sell the house. The deed is in my name but the mortgage is in hers. We have listed the property with a realtor for over 6 months, we even did a lease option but hasn’t been sold. We desire to get rid of the property and are in need of options.
