ok I didnt make myself clear.
If the home is attached to the land it is not moved because it is sold as real estate. If the home is not attached to the land then whoever owns the land will decide: a)if they want to resell the home on the existing land or b) move that home and put a different home on it for whatever reason.
Its the owner of the land's call if the home stays or goes like in trailer parks when an owner sells the trailer the park tells them whether they have to move it upon sale or whether it can stay because the park owns the land.
So the issue is who owns the land under the mobile home? Also who is financing the home? If for example its dennison financial, they do not normally move homes in good condition, they resell it as is on the lot. Find out who owns the land and you will be able to troubleshoot based on what they want to happen to the property on their land.
