i watched my house go from $400,000 to 225,000 here in the northeast....am facing foreclosure 1/7/07 due to unethical lending practices from wamu and countrywide, i'd walk from the house take the F on my credit report and wait for the market to crash...probably by 2010...keep your hard earned cash and enjoy life....my situation has been going on for over one year, its a daily nightmare....GOOD LUCK!
